Yes. Every price shown includes GST. What you see is what leaves your account.
How does the free trial work?
Every new organisation starts with a 30-day free trial with the features unlocked. No payment details are needed to start.
What does the founding offer actually mean?
Early customers get Growth at $129 a month instead of $149, and keep that price for as long as their subscription continues. This is built into how our billing works: your subscription is attached to the priced version you signed up on, and a later price rise creates a new version for new customers. It cannot touch yours.
What happens if I hit my participant or worker limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You will be told you are at the limit and invited to move up a plan when you want to add more.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, either direction. Your records are the same records on every plan. A plan sets limits and which modules are on, not where your data lives.
Does using BaseNexa make my organisation NDIS-compliant?
No software can promise that, and we will not pretend otherwise. BaseNexa helps you run the practices the standards ask about and keeps the evidence organised. Registration and audit outcomes remain between you, your auditor and the Commission.
